TG is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation operating under the Texas Nonprofit Corporation Act and the provisions of Chapter 57 of the Texas Education Code. TG is exempt from the payment of certain state and federal taxes and can provide a sales tax exemption certificate when applicable.

Vendor Enrollment Program

Through our Vendor Enrollment Program, TG tracks vendors interested in providing supplies, equipment, or services to TG. Enrollment in our vendor database does not guarantee receipt of a solicitation, a purchase order, or a contract. Instead, it offers vendors the opportunity to be considered for TG’s business.

To enroll, complete and return our Vendor Enrollment Application. On the second page of the application place an “X” next to the categories of goods and services your firm provides. If your specific goods or services are not listed, please describe them in the blank lines provided.
